Hi! I'm a 35-year-old professional working in medical devices sales, and I’m seeking a flatmate to share my 2-bedroom flat. I travel frequently for work, so you'll have the place to yourself quite often. When I'm around, I'm all about sports, nature, mountains, daily workouts, and cooking. I also enjoy spending time with friends and listening to electronic music.

I'm looking for someone who's easygoing, respectful, and tidy to move in from the 1st of June. You can view the flat on Friday, May 3rd, or between the 7th and 10th of May, as I'll be travelling afterwards.

The flat is a 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the 2nd floor of the Vizion 7 development. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, double bed, and plenty of storage.

A modern open-plan kitchen has integrated appliances and access to the balcony. The flat is in a gated development with a 24-hour concierge, a private resident-only gym, landscaped gardens, and very close to transportation.

The flat is fully furnished, including kitchen appliances, spices, etc. So you only need to take your things and duvet.

Bills are not included, and the Internet is available.
