The flat is very spacious with open plant kitchen, sitting room, and dining room which looks onto the decked garden and the glass doors can be fully opened to create an indoor/outdoor space (brilliant in the warmer months).

Bus stop to central London, Barbican, Angel, Hackney and more just seconds away on the main road.
There are lots of restaurants, pubs and bars nearby, plus shops and supermarkets.

The flat is to be shared with one professional female and a very well behaved and friendly dog.

The room is available now but there is some wiggle room to move in before or after this date.

I am looking for a friendly, honest, easy-going and conscientious flatmate who can commit to renting the room for one year or the duration of the tenancy agreement (1 year and 4 months) with the possibility of staying longer.
