Looking for a lodger for 2 bed flat in Highbury

Live in landlord looking for a lodger for my spare room.

Small double room in cosy flat 5 minutes from Highbury and Islington and 5 minutes from Holloway Road station. The flat is small but comfortable (no couples, definitely too small for 3).
Council tax and wifi included in rent.

I might to be away frequently/for longer periods, so need someone who will be comfortable with this and able to cover their consumption of gas, electricity and water in those periods.
Looking for someone considerate and reliable. I like my home to be a peaceful space.

The images show the room in 2 different phases, one tenant had more clothing so had a rail, and one more books so had extra shelving. The room doesn't currently have a rail but one can be added. Please bare in mind that the room is small and although it might be possible, it would be hard to fit in a desk - something to consider if you work from home.
