Welcome to my wonderful home! I am hoping to leave my lovely flat in the hands of capable and clean guests, who will take care of it as well as I do while I go off on my travels.

About the property: The flat is located on the top floor of a small development, with only one other neighbour on the floor. It is located in the heart of Islington, close to a major transport hub that can get you into central London in 10 minutes. Contemporary furnishings throughout, designed by myself.

Available transport: Victoria Line; National Rail; Overground; Multiple buses spanning routes across London

Amenities: Fully-fitted kitchen, including microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, elevator access.

Outdoor space: two large private balconies, one of which is accessed via the master bedroom exclusively.

The property is ideal for a couple.

I'm looking to let this from April for a month or more, with flexibility around dates.

The bedrooms: The master bedroom is generously sized, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is fitted with a desk and pull-out sofa bed (extremely comfy mattress topper included).
