1 Bedroom - N1 Islington (Excellent location near Angel/Highbury) - £743 per calendar month (Bills not included - roughly £100-120 a month)

One of our housemates are unfortunately leaving so we are on the search for a replacement. There will now be 2 guys and 3 girls living in the house, aged between 24-27.

There are 6 rooms in the house and you will be taking over the last available room. (Photos attached). We are looking for a respectful, clean/tidy and easy going person who will slot in nicely into the house dynamic. We all get on really well but live our own separate lives. We’re quite chilled and tidy, occasionally hanging out watching films, sports, giong to the pub or having dinners.

We are looking for a working professional, between the age of 23-28. Ideally we are looking for a sociable person to move in who will become friends with and not just co-exist with. You will signing a 3 month contract initially but we will prioritise people looking to stay minimum 12 months. We are mixed between remote and office working so it's no issue if you need to work from home (there is a desk in the room that can either be kept or removed depending on your preference).

We currently share the cost of a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (~£12 month per person)
