I'm renting the second double room in my lovely and cosy flat. I'm renting only to girls/women and ideally to someone who doesn't work from home.
The room has a double bed with storage space underneath, a double door wardrobe and a big chest of drawers.
The flat is always tidy and I clean, basically the way it looks in the photos is how it usually looks like. As long as you clean after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom, I'll take care of the rest, apart from your room.
The balcony is one of the best features of the flat. Great for sunbathing, BBQ, diner al fresco...whith the right weather it becomes the best room in the flat.
The room is available to move the 1st of July, but you can start bringing your things the previous weekend, if that makes the move easier for you.
