We have a room available in our 3-bedroom flat located in Imperial Court, an impressive gated development. The room is cozy and fully furnished, featuring a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bookshelf.

Bathroom: You'll be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate (male).
Living room: A spacious area with two large sofas, a coffee table, and a dining table that can seat eight—perfect for dinner parties or entertaining guests.
Kitchen: Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in gas hob, oven, and integrated fridge/freezer. There's plenty of workspace for those who enjoy cooking. Newly fitted current pictures are old.

About us:
We are two friendly and relaxed professionals who predominantly work from home. We enjoy hanging out together, occasionally watching TV, and going to the pub, but we also respect each other's space and independence. As vegetarians, we are looking for a flatmate who shares similar dietary preferences and values cleanliness and tidiness.
