Double Room in Modern 3 Bed Flat

Hi!

My flatmate and I are two male professionals looking for a third to replace our housemate who is moving in to their own place. We're both outgoing and looking for someone who is around our age (late twenties to early thirties) and can contribute to the good vibes! We also have a dog, so any flatmate needs to be happy with that, although she is exceptionally well behaved!

We're really lucky to have such a great flat. More details are below but it's a great size, brand new and super central. And it's fully furnished too.

About you: we're looking for someone who also uses the flat as a home and not just a place to crash. We'd like you to be a sociable part of our trio but of course we'll provide all the space you need. Given there is only 3 of us in quite a large flat, you will often have plenty of space for yourself and for when you choose to entertain others.

Details:

1 Double bedroom is available in a 3 bed 2 bath flat just a short walk away from Oval Station. Nice, safe area just a close to a Large Tesco, Nisa Local, and an assortment of restaurants and bars. 4 minute walk to Oval tube station (Northern line) and 10 minute walk to Kennington.

Council Tax and Broadband are included in the rental amount. Gas/Electricity is on average £50 a month on top of the rent.

Existing roommates (AJ and Liam) are male professionals.

AJ (me) is a project manager for a data science software company and enjoys club running, electronic music, playing guitar/keyboard, travelling and going out to gigs. I'm laid back and love having drinks and checking out new places.

Asad is a 30-year-old professional working in finance. I like to keep fit and enjoy playing Tennis. He loves to cook whenever he has the time and is always up for a drink/activity. He's generally in the office Mon-Thurs so will be around in the evenings and weekend.

The flat has a large shared living room, modern kitchen, and a decent outdoor garden/patio which is accessible from the lounge. It's been incredible for BBQs and summer get togethers.

The flat was built in 2016 and we have really enjoyed living here the last 2 years. It's modern and spacious with an unusual amount of space for the area and price. It's managed by L&Q who are great at taking care of all repairs and maintenance.

There are multiple secure indoor bike sheds also.

There is wired and wireless internet in this bedroom and is a reliable ~70Mbps.
