2x rooms availible in spacious 5 bed (zone 2)

Hey!

We are looking for a pair of friends to join our 5 bed house in Kennington. It is a lovely quiet area in zone 2 that's only a 10 minute walk away from Kennington tube which is on the Northern Line.

Both rooms are available from 01 June until the contract runs out on 01 October (but we will likely look to renew). The rooms have double beds, draws and space for a small desk if needed. The rooms have nice views and plenty of light throughout the day. Both rooms are listed at £787 not including bills which come to roughly £85-100 pm. Our Council Tax band is D. The house has two small bathrooms (one shower.)

You will be sharing with three others, Arlene (25), Lucas (24) and Ruth (22.) We are all working professionals and good friends. We enjoy cooking for each other, watching movies, going to the pub and also the occasional night out together. We are are looking for like-minded individuals who want to call their house a home!
