About our flat:
- It is a big flat in a new building with a balcony and fully furnished
- We have a washing + drying machine, large oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, hoover
- We have 2 private gardens (one of them in visible from the window)
- We live in very silent area with windows from on side looking over the garden and the other ones to the parking lot of a church
- Our bills (for household - you split it in half):

Gas & electricity (monthly): ~65 pounds

- Our landlords: nice couple, who provided us all furniture we needed and helped us with resolutions of any problems/questions we had instantly

About the contract and the flatmate:
- I am moving out of London and looking to sublet until the end of July at least / transfer my lease of you are staying long term until the end of January 2025
- Start date after 21st of May
- Your flatmate (28, M) is a chill guy, who is tidy and very pleasant to live with
