Location - Kennington, London
We are looking for a third flat mate to replace one that's leaving. The flat is composed of 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room, spacious kitchen with a connecting outside patio, Bathroom with a reliable power shower and bath. The room available contains a double bed.
Area - Situated in the heart of Kennington, and in the middle between Kennington Tube Station (5min walk), Vauxhall Station (7. 5min walk) and Oval (10min walk). In addition there are plenty of bus options day and night on our door step. Also in the vicinity is a large Tesco's, various restaurants, pubs, parks to enjoy.
Age range of the flat at the moment is mid-twenties so looking for someone around similar age (pretty flexible though). Guys and girls welcome. We have a laugh and enjoy a few drinks so looking for a like minded individual to fill the room.
