Beautiful Victorian Townhouse in Kennington in a quiet street in a conservation area with great transport links.

Hopefully that got your attention, we are a household of 3 (Arif, Josh & Steve) are looking one person to move into our beautiful 4 bedroom townhouse. Our existing flatmates are sadly moving on and this has presented an opportunity for two new great flatmates to move in and share with us.

What is on offer:

a VERY good size double bedroom, on the lower floor. It comes unfurnished, however worry not there is a wardrobes (built in wardrobe. You will need a bed and chest of draws.

Please note the room is available in late October (provisional) - the landlords are doing some work to the house to upgrade it.

Large Living room and adjoining dining room - these are two proper rooms - large sofa, a small 2 seater sofa, tv etc and dinning table.

2 bathrooms - one large bathroom with bath and another small bathroom with a shower.

Massive Kitchen - with a dishwasher.

Additional Utility Room - with washing machine and dryer.

Small garden & roof terrace!

We also have a cat (Kiki) so cat lovers especially welcome.

We are looking for people who want to make a home, not just live in a shared house, who are clean, tidy as we are very house proud and who are considerate with those they share with.

Just FYI we are a mixed household (gay/straight) but open to share with anyone great.

Also one final bit of info - the price for the room excludes bills which are 140 per month each.
