Large Double Bedroom available in Kennington

I'm very sadly moving out of our flat in Kennington. The bedroom is a good size, with a double bed, chest-of-drawers, large cupboard and a bed side table. The flat has a large living room with sky TV and broadband, a decent sized kitchen with all necessary appliances, a nice bathroom with a bath and a good sized outdoor space/patio.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Kennington and a 10 minute walk from Vauxhall. You can also easily walk in to town if you choose.

The guys you'll be living with are 2 of my oldest friends and are absolutely amazing, quiet, clean interesting people. They're looking for someone they can chat with and have fun with, which should be very easy.

The flat is available for 6 months, with an opportunity to renew at the end of that time. The rent is £650, which is a very good price for the area. There is also a £900 deposit and I believe a £135 one off agency fee. The bills vary, but it runs up to around £100 a month, due to the room being the biggest in the flat.

It's available from August 31st. Give me a shout and come and meet the guys.
