Fantastic Flatshare in Kennington!

Hello!

We have one (double) room available in this bright, well-equipped, open-plan, modern three-bed flatshare in a fantastic location just south of the river.

About the Flat:

The flat is furnished to a very high standard, with a wooden floor in the kitchen/lounge area, bright and airy (with very large windows, but stays very warm in winter), granite kitchen surfaces, new white goods (washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher), with plenty of cupboard space. The double room on offer is the largest of the three, with two fitted wardrobes and a French balcony (see pictures). The bathroom has a great shower and bath, with a wall-size mirror (with back heater).

About the flatmates:

We are two sociable (but considerate), easy-going guys in our late twenties, both professionals in the environment field. You would be replacing a third housemate of a similar profile. We both enjoy spending time out around London at the weekends and evenings, but also happy to chill out in the flat with Netflix series (e. g. Arrested Development, Breaking Bad, Curb Your Enthusiasm etc).

The contract for the flat is monthly-rolling. The utilities are around £80 a month including water, electricity, gas, virgin media, council tax and a cleaner who comes once a week.
