Double Room in Friendly Large Kennington House

We are looking for a friendly and respectful young housemate (male or female) to move into our clean and spacious home in Kennington.

You would be sharing with two twenty something friends (Kobi and Nick) who are easy to live with. Ideally suited to someone who is also easy going, relaxed and has similar interests (music, food, sport, travel – the usual basically) to replace our third buddy who is moving on to pastures new.

The house is in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac but within short walking distances to Kennington tube (5 mins) Elephant (8mins), stacks of bus stops serving all of London as well as supermarkets (2xTesco metro 4 mins walk, Morrison's and M&S 10 mins walk) gyms, parks and restaurants, pubs and markets. Also Brixton, Shoreditch, Peckham and Clapham only short bus rides away and served throughout the night.

The room itself is furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, mirror and double glazed windows. The room stays nice and warm in the winter too.

The house has a large communal living room with comfy sofas, tv with sky sports and an adjoining conservatory and cute garden perfect for barbecues and relaxing in the summer. The modern kitchen has everything you would need and plenty of cupboard/fridge space so no need for passive-aggressive post it notes! The clean bathroom has a reliable hot powerful shower/bath and a separate toilet.
