Huge Sunny Ensuits In Massive House, Kensal Rise

The house, facing a park, is very spacious, exstremely sunny with oak wooden floors throughout, high ceilings & with a great garden. The generous Kitchen, with an dinning table, is all equipped including dishwasher, cloths washer, and all other Mod-Cons. There is a good size living room (32m2) facing the patio/garden with dinner table & 2 big, extra comfortable sofas and 2 arm chairs; a computer/office room facing our beautiful garden (with HP fax/printer/scanner included) is available to use; a car drive to park the cars, plus a garage to use as storage room (i. e. bikes) is always handy.

The house is shared with other professionals and we are looking for flat mates who wish to share a peaceful and quiet environment. There will be max 4 people living in the house. We maintain the house clean with a cleaner, which is included in the rent and comes once a week. We are looking for clean, respectful & easygoing professionals.

We are looking to rent asap. The 1st months rent and a full months deposit is required with a 6 months minimum contract. The bills are not included , which are all shared between the tenants.

THE AREA – For those who don’t know this area, we can highly recommend it as one of the best places to live in London as its very residential; clean, no high buildings and lots of trees, but close enough to the center with good transport links. Queens Park is just around the corner, offering one of the best parks in London, with short golf course, tennis courts, café, and beautiful gardens. Willesden sport center is right in front of us with running tracks, pool, yoga and gyms. Chamberlayne road is where all the nice cafes, shops, local small & charming businesses, pubs, Lexi cinema (very nice), Tesco, and is just around the corner. Salusbury road is quite near and also hosts very nice cafes, restaurants, yoga institute, big sainsburys, pubs, organic market on Sundays and a vibrant atmosphere. The canal is close by and is great for a Sunday run. Notting Hill is not far for a good night out or the classical Sunday markets.

All rooms are fully furnished with desk, chair, book shelves, wall shelves, lights, wardrobes, side tables, tv with freeview, double beds, duvets & pillows, (linen not included) & good sofa . all bedrooms are facing south, onto a park, with great light and beautifully arranged.
