The room has great storage with a built in wardrobe with cupboards above, shelves, draws and the landlord will get you a desk if you need it. The room has a large window and faces out onto the garden so is quiet.

The flat has a living room complete with a television, breakfast table, extra storage and a sofa bed for guests. From the separate kitchen there is access to the back garden with a picnic table, BBQ, a secure area to store bikes and lawn.

The flat is in a great area on a quiet street just 30 seconds walk to Chamberlayne road which has lovely cafes and pubs, a cocktail bar just over the road and a Tesco Express one minute walk away. Kensal Rise Overground station is around 3 minutes walk this links you to Hampstead and Clapham really quickly, Kensal Green station is an 8 minute walk away this operates the Overground and Bakerloo line, 26 minutes to Waterloo, 20 minutes to Oxford Circus and 15 minutes to Euston. There is a bus stop less than a minute away connecting you to nearby areas such as Camden, Notting Hill etc.

The current flatmates are two females in their mid 20s. Beth is cabin crew for British Airways and Sarah is a Post-Graduate student at UCL. Both are friendly and sociable and keep the flat tidy and homely. The ideal flatmate would be easy going and want to treat the flat like a home. A security deposit of 4 weeks is required that will be paid back when the room is vacated. Only four weeks’ notice will be required in case you need to go earlier than agreed.
