Lovely Furnished Double Room with a balcony offered to FEMALE Postgrad student/Professional (Single occupancy only)
Super, centrally located area. Good transport links to Central London with tubes & buses as well as local supermarkets/parks/gardens .

Shared kitchen(fully fitted with cooker, microwave. inclusive of all pots, pans, etc crockery and cutlery & utensils. Shared Bathroom & utilities with home-owner, I am a professional Arts Grad/semi- retired, (home studio) works at home - so no actual shared living room. However, I am sociable and reasonably easy going. Happy to share meals sometimes and chat (mutually convenient)

I'm an artist, and also a researcher. So it is a quiet environment for study type work etc. (Although atm there are local building works which are noisy during the day, although they finish by 4pm).

it's nice to have a clean shared space in communal areas.
Although I am Vegetarian - there is a friendly cat. She eats fish.
I don't. and will prefer a non-meat cooking environment. Although, I don't mind living with people who do eat meat, but just prefer if people don't cook it here. We also recycle etc.

Happy to share with a professional, independent female. who is used to sharing. I've been sharing for a long time and have stayed in touch with several ppl where we got along really well. I've shared with many nationalities, so I'm also open to learning about other people. However still learning French language and i'm a member of IFRU. Definitely not a Brexiter etc.
