Lovely small double room in Kensington & Chelsea

🌺 The room: A small double room which will come with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. (The sink in room is not for use unfortunately). Really quiet side of the flat getting lots of natural light and overlooking lots of green outside. I've never had an issue with the heating or with damp. Lots of different layouts for the room to play around with to maximise space.

🌺The flat: Really cosy and welcoming. A decently sized living room with a sofa to chill on after a long day and again lots of natural light and overlooking the greenery outside. Brand new hob and a washer dryer!

👯‍♀️ We're looking for someone that's up for a chat and to become friends rather than just flatmates but can also enjoy time to themselves. Both of the current tenants are really lovely and work from home on different days.

📍I'm looking to move out in July and am moving to be much closer to work. The flat however is in an absolutely excellent location.

🚇Less than 10 minutes to Kensington Olympia (overground, district and some trains), 10 minutes to Shepherd's Bush for the central line, 15ish minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Market! You can see Westfields when you step out of the flat! Gutted to be leaving but know it'll make the perfect place for someone that needs to commute.

🚍 There are lots of buses all within a walking distance to all parts of London and parking is available when a permit is purchased from the council.

Council tax is currently £42 each and bills vary depending on the season but are never eye-watering. Working professionals only please.
