Flatmates:
You will be sharing the flat with 2 professional females who have lived in the flat for many years and we all get along really well.

Rental Details:
We are looking for a professional (30’s) who is looking for a relaxed and respectful flat share.
The rent is approx £690 per month which includes both rooms and all bills. A deposit of £584 is required.
Please note the tenancy is due for renewal in October.

Kentish Town has a great selection of bars, restaurants and independent coffee shops etc. There is great transport links with the Thameslink train just 3 minutes from the flat, Northern line (opening again in summer) and Kentish town overground about 8 minutes from the flat.
