Double bedroom available in modern 3 bed flat in Kentish Town.

We’re looking for a 3rd person (female, 22-30) to renew the contract on our current flat. Your room would be a cozy small double room with lovely morning sun.
The contract starts on the 22nd June for 12 months.

Rent: £880
Bills not included but come to around £130per month (less in the summer)
Security deposit: 5 weeks rent - £1,015.39

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a tall set of drawers. The flat also has an open plan living area and modern kitchen, one full bathroom and an extra w/c.

We’re Savanna (F, 24) and Atalanta (F, 27). We both work full time, in the events industry (specifically Higher Education) and have known each other for a couple of years. We enjoy going to the theatre and love concerts. We like being sociable and like watching TV together in the evenings. We both work from home often and spend time in the communal space during the day. This means if you plan to work from home a lot, this room may not be ideal for you as it’s not set up with desk space, and the communal area is often busy. We are both very clean and enjoy living in a space that feels relaxed where we have a balance of hanging out all together and spending time separately in the flat.

The flat is very well connected:
- Minutes from Kentish Town tube (Northern), which is due to reopen in September
- Minutes from Thameslink services
- 10 minute walk to Tufnell Park (which we are using whilst KT tube is closed)
- Numerous bus routes on our doorstep

Kentish Town itself is a lovely area of London with good shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. We are walking distance from the Camden big Sainsbury’s and have both Hampstead Heath and Regents Park nearby. We both love the area; Savanna has been here for the past 2 years and Atalanta for the past year.
