Stunning double room available in friendly house

We are four professionals in our thirties and forties who live in the most amazing 4 bedroom house in Kentish Town, and we are now looking for someone to replace one of our housemates who is sadly moving south of the river.
The house consists of four stunning double bedrooms, one huge bathroom (bathtub, separate walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and lights that dim!!!), another bathroom with toilet and shower, living room plus dining room and a nice, big kitchen with another dining room. Furthermore we have a small garden and a roof terrace, which are both great in the summer! There is loads of storage space throughout the house and since the landlord was living here until recently the house is in perfect condition.
We are looking for a professional male/female who is searching for a home rather than just a roof over their heads. We enjoy the occasional cook off or a nice cold beer/wine/cocktail at the pub.
