Large double bedroom in modern maisonette

Two female young professionals seeking flatmate to share recently renovated 3 bedroom flat. We are easy going friends who like to hang out in the evenings watching TV and cooking dinner together when we can. New flatmate needs to be laid back, social, clean and tidy.

The spare bedroom is large with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and bedside table. The two storey flat has a large shared living room and diner with widescreen TV, DVD, Virgin Media and sound system. Separate large fully equipped kitchen inc. dishwasher and washer dryer. Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower and separate additional toilet. The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Kentish Town and Camden Road stations, closely located to bus routes and amenities. Hampstead Heath and Camden are both around 15mins walk away so plenty to keep you entertained on weekends.

There are no agency fees and we have a one month rolling contract, we are looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months who is able to move in asap.

A little about us- we started living together in June thanks to Spareroom and already good friends. George works in media and Ceara in insurance so both 9-5ish! We love Downton abbey, strictly, exploring London and the odd night out dancing. We also bake occasionally under George's supervision! Hopefully we sound like people you'd like to share a home with :-)
