A fully furnished double room in a friendly vegetarian houseshare. £775 pcm. House is new, modern and VERY clean. Suitable for vegetarian or someone happy to live in a veggie household. For clarity's sake veggie meaning no fish or meat.

The house was renovated from scratch 4 years ago and everything is brand new including a first floor rear extension, new boiler, electric wiring, plumbing, bathrooms, shower room, fully fitted family sized kitchen, double glazing, wooden flooring, carpets and a large garden. Each bedroom has its own digital TV point. The house is a real luxury home and suited for those who want that. The house has a south facing garden and so are all the windows in the bedrooms, which get great sunlight all day, especially in the new extension. It is a non-smoking, vegetarian house. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and two wardrobes. You would be sharing your bathroom with one person only. There is also a driveway space available, at an additional £20 per month. Bills are approx £90 a month, this includes TV licence, virgin package, water, council tax, cleaner every fortnight, cleaning and household products. Gas and electric is paid every 3 months and vary to £20-40 per person per month.

The house has a great location; Zone 2, only twenty paces from Kilburn High Street, three minute walk to Kilburn tube (Jubilee Line), thirty seconds (yes thirty seconds!) walk to Brondesbury Overground & 8 minute walk to West Hampstead (Jubilee line, overground, Thameslink), 10 minute walk to Kilburn High Road Overground and 12 minute walk to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo line)

We are 20 minutes to central London, 25 minutes tube ride from Kings Cross/International St Pancras & Euston Station and by car 10 minutes to the M1.

Lots of buses to Victoria, Central London, White City etc

There is a great range of restaurants, cafes, local grocers a few steps away (maybe not so great for our waistlines). Even with all this, there is still plenty of peace to sit out in the garden and enjoy the quiet.

Us
We are a mixture of one creative professional and two financiers, we're all very clean and tidy, easy going and pitch in. We're sociable and yet the house has space to get some quiet time if you please. Two of us are sisters and the third has lived with us for 6 months, our housemate who's moving out lived with us coming upto 3 years. We're looking for someone who has a similar easygoing manner but who wants to be part of a friendly and considerate house.

The creative can sometimes be away for a few weeks or home all day.

This house is owned by one of the housemates family and we're looking to share with someone who likes to live well and would respect the house like their own. They have designed the house with a lot of luxury and extra amenities. We don’t mind sharing with males or females but strongly prefer vegetarian/vegan or someone happy to live in a meat free house. We think the house would be suited to someone 25+ but happy to consider anyone younger who feel older than their age. :-)

You
We are looking for easy going, considerate honest people, sociable and who will treat the house like their own. We are VERY clean, tidy and neat and would like to share with those that appreciate and like to live like that as well. There is a cleaner that will come every other week to do bathrooms, hoover & dust. But we like to share with someone who tidies after themselves preferring the kitchen always clean, surfaces crumb free and the sink empty. (Sorry if that sounds over the top)
