The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and sofabed. The house has a spacious lounge and living area.

The house is located in a quiet street close to Kilburn High Road where there is a Sainsbury’s, Aldi and M&S etc. and it is a short walk from lovely Queen’s Park and West Hampstead where there are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and farmers' markets. It is an 8 minute walk to Queen's Park and Kilburn Park Underground Station, both on the Bakerloo Line and 10 minutes to Kilburn Underground Station on the Jubilee Line. We are also within walking distance of Kilburn High Road, Brondesbury Overground station, West Hampstead and various bus stops.

Bills (water, council tax, gas and electricity, internet, cleaning products and a weekly cleaner) are excluded and split between the housemates as and when they arrive. They are roughly £120 per month. The deposit is £970. The landlord will require references and there will be a one-off administrative charge of £125, plus £32 to re-register the deposit.

We are looking for a friendly, non-smoking, professional in their 20s or 30s, who is clean, considerate and not too noisy. We all have our own lives but like to socialise together occasionally.
