Large, peaceful flatshare

I'm looking for someone to share the tenancy of this spacious, peaceful flat that I've just moved into, two minutes' walk from Kilburn station, Jubilee line zone 2- close enough for you to fall out of bed and onto the tube but far enough for it to be quiet enough for you to get a good night's sleep. The room is a large double with a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and original fireplace. There is a large kitchen and bathroom, both of which are well furnished. Bills aren't included and will be split between us.

Kilburn is great for transport and entertainment. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby, and the Tricycle Theatre is just around the corner. West Hampstead is less than a ten-minute walk away, and central London is around 15 minutes on the tube.

I'd really like to find someone who will see the flat as a home and is used to sharing. I tend to get on with sociable, open-minded people who also like their own space from time to time. I'm guessing the flat will suit a professional person who is out and about some evenings but likes to stay in and relax on others. The flat isn't a party flat or the kind of place where the TV is on all the time.

I'm a copywriter and content strategist with interests in the arts, literature and the outdoors. I'm relaxed, good humoured and like to sit down with a glass of wine now and then.
