Double Bedroom in Kilburn

We have a double room going in our amazing kilburn flat.

About us: We are working professionals who have our own friends and lives but still make time to have a drink or meal out as a house every now and again.

What we're looking for: A clean, tidy, friendly 20-something professional whose easy-going.

Location: The flat is located just off Kilburn High Street. In under two minutes you can be at Sainsburys, Sports Direct, Pubs (good ones too!), Primark, TK max and loads more. In under 10 minutes you can reach Queens Park High Road, West Hampstead, Maida Vale, plus loads of parks.

Transport: The flat is spoilt for choice when it comes to transport. There are numerous buses that will take you to Camden, Oxford street, Notting Hill in under half an hour. Kilburn park (bakerloo line) is 7 minutes walk away, Kilburn (Jubilee line) & Brondesbury overground are 10 minutes walk away, whilst Kilburn High Road overground (connects to Euston) is 5 minutes walk.

The Flat itself: is on the top (third) floor. The bathroom and kitchen have recently been refurbished. The room gets a decent amount of sun and stays warm during the winter. It comes furnished with a double bed and a large set of draws.

Money: Rent is 500 p/month. Council tax and bills are not included in this but don't add up to more than 50-60 a month. We deal directly with our landlords (who are awesome) so that means no agency fees!
