The flat has a shared, high-spec, eat-in kitchen-living room fitted with a TV, dining table and a comfortable sofa. The flat has two new bathrooms, one of which is used only by the three other flatmates, and luxurious walnut flooring throughout.

The room is £1,050 per month, and the rent includes all bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax) and a fortnightly cleaner.

Please note when the current tenant moves out, the room will be fully re-decorated and the bathroom deep cleaned and re-siliconed; therefore, it'll be in "new condition".

The present tenants are two males (40 and mid-thirties) and a woman in her late twenties.

The house has a really peaceful and friendly vibe. We are looking for somebody easygoing, considerate and friendly. We all have our independent lives but don't mind a chat in the kitchen every now and then. So, the new person would ideally blend into that mind frame. 😊

We share petty cash costs for cleaning products and whatever little thing is needed. We would ideally start a soft cleaning rota when the new person moves in.
