Double room available in relaxed friendly house!

We are two friendly, relaxed, clean people looking for a similar girl to join our house. Must be pet friendly as Pete has 2 pets- 1 cat and 1 dog.
The room is a good size double that comes part furnished (bed and wardrobe). The rest of the house is a large 3 bedroom property including patio garden, newly fitted kitchen, dining room, separate lounge and a huge bathroom with both a rain/power shower and bath.
The area- just off Kilburn high road so really close to loads of transport routes like Kilburn jubilee line, Brondesbury overground, and also very close to the lovely Queens Park for bakerloo line.
Kilburn high road has high street shops including Boots and Primark, and Queens Park has a lovely village feel with bakeries and bars.
We are both clean and considerate people- Pete owns the house so would want someone respectful to their surroundings. Definitely not a party house! But we do like to share dinner sometimes and watch a movie when we are all free. Would be looking for someone who wants a sociable house to come home to, but also leads an independent life. We can both be really busy so we are always in and out!
Looking for someone to move in at the beginning of September preferably, but timings are flexible.
