-- Where is the Flat?
The flat is located just off of Kilburn High Road, a short walk from Kilburn Park tube station or Kilburn High Road overground. Queens Park is a 10 minute walk, and West Hampstead is a 15 minute walk in the other direction.

-- What is the room like?
The room is quiet, spacious and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table (not pictured), a large closet and chest of drawers. Also there is a desk and chair included (which are not in the pictures). There is loads of shelf space for books and other things.

-- What is the flat like?
My other flatmates are three professional women and all are very friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. The flat is a great place for us to relax after a busy day, and we all tend to do our own thing.

In the flat are many large windows, so there is a good amount of natural light that comes in. The kitchen is quite large and has a common area, which is where we hang out when we see each other or have friends over. There is also a washer and a dryer.

The flat also has 2 bathrooms, each of which has its own shower/bathtub.

A great aspect of this flat is that you do not hear any of the neighbors. The walls are NOT paper thin like in other places. I love this because the previous places I’ve lived in did have paper thin walls and neighbors who were loud at night when I was trying to sleep.

Other nice aspects of the flat include: there is plenty of storage room in the loft, and the flat overlooks a garden, which is very peaceful.

-- How convenient is it to local shopping and going out?
Around the corner from the flat is a Sainsbury’s, and Marks and Spencers is also very close. Boots and Argos are less than a 5 minute walk away, as are countless other shops.

There are loads of pubs and cafes in the area, and many more area easily reachable by walking to Queens Park and West Hampstead.

-- What are the transport links like?
This flat has excellent transport links and is in Zone 2.
- Kilburn High Road overground is a 5 minute walk, which connects you quickly to Euston (there is only one stop).
- Kilburn Park tube station (Bakerloo line) is a 10 minute walk.
- West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line), West Hampstead Overground and the Thameslink (connects with Farringdon, Blackfriars and is also very convenient for travelling to Luton Airport) are a 15 minute walk.
- The area is also well connected by busses & night busses (Oxford Street, Holborn, and many other areas in central London), and these stop just a few steps from our door.

-- What is the cost?
With bills and council tax included, the average cost per month is 795 GBP. This consists of rent, which is 700 GBP. Bills, when averaged across the year and split 4 ways, comes out to just shy of 55 GBP per month. Council tax is 40 GBP per month.
