My friend and I are both graduates of Durham University, starting jobs in private equity and the civil service in August/September. We have found this fantastic flat with a great open plan living and kitchen area all fully furnished with appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer) all included. We are looking for a third flatmate to take a reasonable sized double room.
There is a huge shared garden out the back, and the area seems quiet and pleasant. It is on the first floor of a beautiful house.
