The biggest room in the flat, double bed and lots and lots of wardrobe space, I haven't even used all of it - that's how much storage there is.
Unfortunately, I have to move out due to work, otherwise I have loved living here and will be very sad to leave. There is a shared bathroom - we have had no problems queuing in the morning to use, the other two flatmates are great, and we all help to keep the place nice and tidy.
The lounge is extremely spacious, the landlord has even put a dining table in there. Kitchen is nice and clean.
Viewing is essential and will begin from this weekend.
About the new flatmate, we're looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy.
Bills are not included in the above price and if you are a professional, council tax is an additional £50 per month.
