I am looking to fill a room in my flat short term (until the end of March 2020). Because it is short term, I am offering the room at the fab price of £390 per month.

Very close to Box Park Wembley and Brent Cross shopping centre.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED: HEATING, ELECTRICITY,
WATER, & TV Licence (fair usage). BROADBAND PROVIDED. Bathroom and kitchen will be shared. There is no shared living room.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

I have lived in this flat for over 7 years. I work for a major UK financial services firm and also run a small business from my desktop at home. I am very quiet and enjoy reading more than I do socialising! For any students looking for peace and quiet, this is the ideal flat.

Local bus routes include 83, 183, 302, 182. Wembley park (Jubillee line and Metropolitan line), Kingsbury (Jubilee) and Hendon station (overground) are all close. (please look on map - postcode is NW9 7NX). Great location for anyone studying at Middlesex University. My previous flat mate studied here.

The flat is secure and includes fire safety features such as fire alarms and extinguisher. Parts of the building have been recently refurbished.

As this is my own home, I am very clean and look after the property well. I quit smoking years ago so this is a no smoking flat.

You will have allocated space in the kitchen cupboards and in the fridge. The flat is clean, tidy, and safe. It is an upstairs flat in a purpose-built maisonette (have a look at the street on google maps if you want to see the type of building it is in).

If you are studying, this will be an ideal place for you as you will be able to get on and do your work without interruption from me.

Deposit is £500 plus rent will be paid one month in advance. All bills included. Please do not apply if you are currently out of work or cannot prove your student status. The deposit is mandatory.

Males or females can apply. Currently living here is myself and another female flatmate.

No couples or DSS.

I can only reserve the property upon receipt of a full deposit.
