The rooms we have on offer are based on the first floor of  the 3-bedroom house in a peaceful, low rise residential area.

The house contains the 2, quite independent rooms  upstairs and 1 bedroom flat downstairs.

3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms in total

One of the room has got unobstructed views of the tree line and gardens.
The other one  is very bright, facing East and the small, silent, dead end close.

The standard size oven and kitchen hobs are available to use downstairs along with the modern washing machine/dryer.

OUR HOME:

The house is ceratinly not overcrowded with up to 4 persons living in - mostly females and one male for 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms on two separate floors.

It Is based on the end of a small, silent street, surrounded by 2 major parks, with very little traffic and a lot of history. It is surrounded by the sounds of singing birds, space and greenery.

The street itself is genuinly the nicest one in Kingsbury, protected by the Brent Council because of its unique history.

There are 2 major parks near by. And there are no parking restrictions on the road itself.

KINGSBURY High Road:

Is around the corner and it has been completely refurbished this year. It contains Aldi, Tesco Express, Nandos, Costa, numerous bars, restaurants, shops, services and our amazing 24h shop is on the corner.

ALL major super markets, schools and colleges are near by.
