One large double room available for Monday to Friday rent with its own bathroom. Short terms rents are fine as are occasional weekends.

The room is on the second floor of a three storey house and you would have the top floor largely to yourself. There's also a smaller spare double room on the second floor for hanging out washing, your visitors, etc, and you will have exclusive use of the second floor bathroom.

The house is a three storey, five bedroom house in Ladywell (SE13 7AE).

I live on the first floor (with my own bathroom) and downstairs is an open plan lounge/dining room and large eat in kitchen. There is a two-car drive at the front on which you can park and a garden at the rear.

Very nice large house, 2 minute walk from Ladywell train station with fast routes to central London (12 mins to London Bridge and Cannon Street, 15 mins to Waterloo and fast routes to other central London stations). Very close to Lewisham Hospital, Hilly Fields, Ladywell village, Greenwich, Blackheath, Lewisham town centre, Brockley, Tesco superstore, great location.
