Hi! I have a spacious, well-lit double room in a 3-bedroom flat in Central London available starting September 14th, 2024. You would be taking over a 12-month lease going through September 2025, although with flexibility to replace yourself.

The flat has a large living room, bathroom, and kitchen with a washing machine, which you'll share with 2 lovely female housemates who each have their own room. Your room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves, and desk/chair.

Bills not included, but about £80/month. Council Tax exempt through March 2025 because of student status.

We are very well-connected, with a 4-minute walk from North Lambeth Station and a 12-minute walk from Waterloo Station.
