Female flatmates wanted-Battersea

Hi ladies
I have a lovely 3 bedroom house in Battersea area lined up to move into by the end of May! I just need some lovely housemates to join me! :)

2 x furnished double rooms available. The house is light and airy, modern and newly decorated. Ready for us to make a cosy home! :)
15 min walk from Queenstown road station and also near the station, shops and restaurants at Clapham Junction!

Looking for 2 female professionals, preferably in their 30s who are laidback, clean, considerate, understand British humour and are looking to not just be housemates but to become friends too! :)
I would like to find some gals who have some similar interests so that we can also do some social things together whether that be going out for brunch, a few drinks at the pub, a game of tennis or a night in watching Love Island or cheesy movies! I also love animals, watching rugby and anything interior design related! :)

Requirements:
- Available to move in as soon as possible
- Non-smoker
- Reference checks on employment and from previous landlords will be done. Income will need to be at least 2.5 times rent pcm.
- Preferably do not work from home full time
I will be be arranging a call with anyone interested this week (15th/16th/17th May) so that we can have a chat and get to know eachother a bit. If following that we seem to be a good fit we can meet up for a chat and I can arrange a viewing of the flat this week.
