Lea Bridge double room to let

We are renting a room in our lovely house in Lea Bridge area (Leyton). The house is 4 bedrooms, with shared spacious living room with separate dining area and kitchen, garden at the back.
The room is fully furnished and ready to move in. You will share bathroom with other 2 rooms as the 4th room have own(en-suite). Second bathroom on the ground floor. All bills included in rent.
We are looking for quiet and clean professional to joint living with us. Smoking and parties in the house are not allowed. The house is clean and quiet. All of us working so we respect each other’s privacy and peace. We follow cleaning rota so one weekend of the month will be your turn to clean.
