Flatmate wanted in Lee Green/Blackheath

Hello,

So I'm looking for a new flat mate as my current one is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

The ideal person would be somebody clean, friendly and easy going like myself to move in. Unfortunately I seem to have passed my partying to all hours days so I wouldn't want late night parties brought back to the flat I'm afraid, especially during the week. I need my beauty sleep :)

This flat is unbelievably cheap (really don't know why), with a very big lounge, nice kitchen and bathroom (great shower)with good sized bedrooms. You will see from the photos that it's decorated nicely and feels quite homely (bear in mind the photos were taken at night time and the flat is actually very bright in the day).

The room is furnished.

The great thing about this location is that you have everything you need on your door step including Sainsbury's over the road, hair salons, shops, great day and night bus stops and with lovely Blackheath just a 10 minute walk away and Greenwich just a 25 minute walk which is lovely on summer days. This location is slap bang in the middle of Lee, Blackheath, Hither Green, Eltham and Lewisham so the transport links are brilliant.

The rent and bills combined come to around £550 per month give or take including the internet (the cost varies from month to month depending on the gas and electric).

The landlord will require the person to be in employment and have references.
