We’re on the look out for a friendly couple (or single) to take over our furnished double room in a brand new apartment in Lewisham. The complex has only been occupied for 6 months and includes a free on-site gym, pilates and yoga classes and much more.
🏠 About the room & apartment 🏠
The bedroom is well furnished with a new king bed, bedside table and large inbuilt wardrobe and mirror. Attached to the bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower.
The apartment is cozy, warm, dry, and quiet with double glazed windows and plenty of sun throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, as well as a washer/dryer in the laundry.

Connections to the city and nearby suburbs is excellent. It's a 5 minute walk to the DLR and National Rail services from Lewisham station, getting you into central London in about 25 minutes.
A large Tesco superstore is right on the doorstep with great places to eat and shop only a few minutes walk away in Lewisham shopping centre.
👋 A bit about you 👋
We’re looking for a professional couple (though a single would be fine too) in their late 20s to mid 30s who are friendly, reliable and tidy. No smokers sorry but the building is pet friendly.
The other tenant is a professional woman (30) who works in central 5 days a week. She’s very reliable, considerate and respectful of space while still enjoying time together as a flat. She's into sewing, yoga, running and is a bit of a foodie too. We’re sad to be leaving such a good flatmate, we couldn’t recommend her more!
✏️ Rental details and application process ✏️
Rent for the room is £1540 per month (£770 each), with council tax and utilities around £135 each person (depending on usage, this is what we were paying in Winter so it's likely to be less).
The deposit is £1540 (£770 each).
The lease is until November 2025 but it can be broken with 2 months notice if agreed upon by all tenants. Ideally the new tenants will be here until at least November though.
The referencing and finalising of the applications will go through the landlord’s letting agency. They’ll check references and proof of income too.
The move in date is super flexible but we’re aiming for around the end of April.
