2 double rooms are available in a spacious flat in Lewisham (on the border of Blackheath - 2mins walk), with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat consists of 4 rooms, with 2 currently rented out.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobes (one bedroom has 2 single wardrobes and the other has a double wardrobe), chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard (great for all of the extra stuff that we don't need, but want to keep) and optional desks.

Living room has 2 sofas and a brand new HD TV, and has a balcony coming off of it.

There is currently still a bit of work being done within the bathroom, but this will look very nice when finished, with a glass bowl basin, along with a bath/shower and new toilet/cistern fitting.

Excellent transport links - Lewisham Station is a 3 minute walk (consisting of train station, DLR and bus garage), although the flat itself is not on a main road.
Parking for one car is available in the residential off-road car park where a permit is required. This will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

You will be sharing with myself and my boyfriend (though this is a short term arrangement, and my boyfriend will be moving out shortly). I am a 28 year old female working as an assistant psychologist. I am preferably looking for a professional, who wants somewhere that they can relax, as well as someone who is not afraid of cleaning, as sadly that's an evil necessity! This is a quiet house, not suitable for a party person. We're friendly, clean and responsible, and so we're looking for 2 individuals who are the same. Unlimited broadband and water rates are included in the rental price, but gas and electricity charges are not included.

The room will be available from Friday 17th May to give me time to finish off the place, though viewings can occur whilst work is ongoing. If you are looking for a place sooner than this, it can be rented out, but on the understanding that some parts of the flat (mainly the bathroom) still need some work doing to them.
