The space is a single bedroom in a quiet professional home. We work from home, and the house is 10-30 minutes' walk from four major train stations (Leyton, Midlands, Walthamstow, and Blackhorse).
Access to a corner shop, library, Churches, Mosques, Schools, gym, park, gas station and other amenities.
Short-stay booking is welcome—a collaborative effort to keep the house safe and clean—respectable homeowners and lodgers. Clean as you go concept.
Deposit as per lodgers' contract.
We will carry out a Criminal Background checks once agreement is signed.

The monthly rate includes council tax, broadband, electricity, and water and general housekeeping.
You will have to buy your groceries and toiletries plus other basic needs you might have.
