Flatmate wanted in lovely 3 bed flat in East :)

Hello!

My best friend Ethan and I are looking for someone to join us in our lovely 3 bed in Leyton. We live an a pretty modern apartment with all appliances included with a balcony looking out on to our lovely shared garden. Our living room and kitchen is a great big space for dinners and drinks which we like to host quite a bit and also a lovely big sofa big enough for us all to chill and watch movies/drag race. Flat also comes with a little French bulldog named Frank who is super friendly and also loves a cuddle on the sofa, so please only get in contact if you’re comfortable around dogs! The building has concierge service which is very handy and also has an underground car park which unfortunately doesn’t come with the price of the flat but you can speak to the building about renting a space at an additional cost if you wish! There is also bike storage within the car park which is free to use.

The room comfortably fits a double bed and comes with a built in wardrobe. It’s a lovely bright room and has sun facing in majority of the day which is lovely in the summer!

Please note the communal space images are from when we moved in 3 years ago so some things have changed a little but more than happy to do virtual viewings etc if you’d like another look at anything :)
