Double room available in friendly flatshare

We have a small but sunny double room available on a quiet residential road. We are five minutes from Francis Road, and ten minutes walk from Leyton Underground.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, closet and set of drawers. The flat has a shared open-plan living room, kitchen and utility room, and a back garden. It was renovated by the landlord a few years ago, and all the appliances are still new.

All bills, including council tax and internet, come to around £145 a month.

The flat is a three bed, and we are two friendly professionals, one 31 and one 32, and one cat (age 8). We enjoy catching up after work, going to the local coffee shops, pubs, and independents, as well as making the most of all the green spaces in the area.
