SUMMER Sublet (or Longer) Double Room Leyton

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to take my room in this lovely 2 bed flat in Leyton, for the month of June (with the potential to extend).

I love living here and Leyton! I'm only moving out as my girlfriend and I are moving in together.

Room is £650 (PCM) and bills are roughly £94.32 pm (includes Council Tax, WIFI, Water) + electricity (varies but approx. £40 in summer)

The flat:
There is a shared living room with lots of plants, a fully furnished modern separate kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a bath for those long soaks). The flat is located 15min walk to Leyton High Road, and about 10min walk to Leyton Underground (Central Line), and you can easily walk or plenty of buses that take you to Hackney Marshes, or Walthamstow. The building also has a shared garden which we can use all year round. I have a projector in the living room which you can use to watch films, or just do your emails on a large screen.

The area:
Leyton is a great area. Lots of cafes, shops and great pubs. We're 15 mins away from an big Asda and 5 mins from the local Tesco.

The room
The double room is available in June, with the potential to extend (flexible on move-in and out). There are no agency fees, but a deposit is required. The room is full furnished with a bed (with storage), wardrobe and desk If you want to work from home. We also have super quick wifi in the flat for all of your Netflix needs.

You'll be sharing with:
Zula is 33 years old photographer and photography lecturer, interested in all things visual culture. She works in the office Monday / Tuesday, then is either WFH or shooting. Super friendly, positive, happy person who has been an excellent housemate. I'm very sad to be leaving.

Little bit about you:
Looking for a clean, friendly and considerate person. The flat is a welcoming social space and LGBTQIA+ friendly, all genders welcome 🏳️‍🌈 I am looking for one flatmate, sorry no couples, well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Ideally working professionals or mature students.

Accessibility: There is no lift in the building, and the flat is on the second floor.
