The room has a view of the park opposite. It's on the third floor of the apartment block and has parking available outside the building.

The flat is an 8 minute walk to Leyton station (Central Line) and less than 15 minute bus ride to Walthamstow Central (Overground & Victoria Line) and Stratford (Jubliee, Central, DLR, Overground & Rail Services). Bus stop is 3 minute walk away.

Sainsburys Local or Tesco Express are a 5 minute walk away and only 8 minute walk to Asda superstore. Likewise at Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre you can find a huge number of shops. You can get there via 15 minute bus journey or 2 minutes on the tube.
