Nice and spacey double room is available from 24 May 2024 in a garden flat in a great location. Fully furnished with all bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax and internet broadband).

Great location: close to the Overground-Lea Bridge Road (10min walking) and Tube stations-Leyton and Walthamstow (10-15 min by bus, 20min walking) direct bus to West End and City and clearly divided cycling highways to Hackney and Shoreditch. The area offers lots of attractions: Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes, canal side pubs and cafes, multi-cultural restaurants, supermarkets (Aldi is in 2min walking distance), outdoor and indoor gym, yoga club and free outdoor fitness in the park which is also in 2min walking distance.

It is a lovely flat with a big kitchen that has every kind of appliance: washing machine, dish washer, bread maker, coffee machine are some of them. The kitchen leads to lovely back garden with garden furniture.

The double room is huge with a lot of storage: four doors wardrobe, drawers, study desk, shelfs, mirror, new bed frame and memory bed.

You will be sharing the flat with me a PHD candidate and a health and social care professional. It has always been a mixed gender and multi-cultural house. We enjoy having a chat about life, art, politics and our experiences over drinks or dinner and go out occasionally.

We are looking for a flatmate who keeps everything in good standard and respectful to others' need of space and be part of the social interaction.

Cat loving is a must! We have a lovely cat who is an amazing company. She loves being with people and make the place happy home.
