Sunny single room close to central line/zone 3

Hey! 🌞 A sunny single room is available in a beautiful house in Leytonstone, 5 minutes from the central line tube station (zone 3). It is close to a large Tesco and plenty of small cafes and shops around.

The house has 3 floors, 2 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen. The room is located on the first floor.

The house mates ideally prefer professionals or students. The house mates are laid back and friendly. We prefer the new person to be able to clean after themselves (eg wash dishes after cooking, etc.) — and to treat everyone with respect.

Your deposit would go to the flat mate moving out, and once you decide to go, you would be responsible to find the new tenant who then pay their deposit to you. A circle of life :)

🐈‍⬛ One house mate has a cat, which mainly stays in her room.

🧾 The bills are included in the rent.
