En-suite Double in shared Limehouse property
My housemate and I are looking for a person to replace our departing flatmate. The shared property is a beautiful 3 bed terraced house in Limehouse.
The tenancy is 6 months minimum (resets in September). Ideally, we are looking for someone to move in during March or April though a precise date can be agreed.
The tenancy is for a double room on the top floor with a personal bathroom. Please see the video - the first clip is of the room and ensuite.
My housemate and I are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and willing to get involved socially in the house.
We are both young professionals who work in the city and CW. We have many interests (sport, current affairs, music,...), enjoy the odd trip to the pub and hopefully some BBQ-ing come the summer. We are open to having a male or female housemate.
