Looking for someone genuinely nice as flatmate
The flat is 2 minutes walk from Limehouse station, on Commercial Road, could say it is a 2 level bunker with a garden. Shared big living room and a nice garden 4mX8m(more or less). Shared bathroom. Your room already has a bed frame and mattress. I'm a clean and organised person so ideally I need someone on the same mindset. Like, throw a house party but take care of the cleaning, common sense is a good trait to have lol I bring along the cuddliest dog ever, she is medium/big size (but thinks she is a lap dog), her name is Joy and the name makes sense when you meet her. I'm very chilled and work long hours, I like socialising, partying, but also hiking or day out and doing nothing. The agency would like to get the contract updated whenever I find a flatmate, but if you don't want to sign up for the tenancy with me we can work something out. I have minimalist style and don't want to overcrowd the house with furniture and so on, but I'm happy to take on-board your wishes too and give your touches to the place :)
